Semsvannsrunden

The Semsvannsrunden is a hilly run or walk around Semsvannet on gravel roads and forest trails. The course passes Tveiterfossen and Tveiter gård. All are welcome, with or without timing. Waffles, cake, and coffee are available afterwards at Smia Kafé by the NaKuHel center.
