Sparebank 1 Østlandet-mila Moelv is a late-summer 10,000-meter track race held at Skarpsno Arena in Moelv, Norway. This event continues the race concept formerly known as HOKA-mila, now under the organization of Moelven IL Friidrett, with a capacity for 400 participants. The race features pace-based heats, allowing runners to share the track with others targeting similar finish times and benefit from consistent pacing. The schedule includes heats for various paces, from slower open groups to sub-35-minute categories, followed by distinct elite women's and men's races. Planned championship-valid heats will incorporate official start procedures and shoe checks, enabling times to be recognized for qualification and national records. Skarpsno Arena is easily accessible, located approximately 500 meters from Moelv train station, and start numbers are distributed in the Limtrehallen adjacent to the stadium.
