About this race
Trysil-løpet is a town-centre running event in Trysil, featuring short, accessible distances and a quick course with minimal climbing. Participants can select from 5 km or 10 km races. Children have 300 m and 600 m races without timing, and a 2 km option is available for ages 10 to 14.
The event is intended for all Trysil residents, not exclusively experienced runners. The flat course allows for fast times on the 5 km and 10 km routes, though entries for these distances are limited to 400 participants each, making them the primary races to register for promptly. The youngest children run without a clock, and 10-year-olds on the 2 km route also run without timing.
