Sri Chinmoy Auckland Series - Race 8

Lovelock Track and War Memorial Park in Mt Roskill provide Race 8 with a straightforward club-run atmosphere: road, park circuit, and sufficient path running to maintain simplicity. It is a typical weekly-series event, offering “multiple distances suitable for runners and walkers” instead of a single major event. The longer route incorporates the road and park circuit, while the shorter loops remain within the same park and utilize its pathways. Participants will include runners, walkers, beginners, families, experienced regulars, and children on their own short course, establishing it as a practical “community-focused race day” rather than a high-stakes competition.
