Biegi z okazji urodzin Łodzi is a birthday run for the city of Łódź, held in Park na Zdrowiu with the start and finish within the park. The main event is a 5 km run for participants aged 14 and older, featuring chip timing and a one-hour time limit. Separate KIDS races, ranging from 300 to 1200 m, are available for children, making the day suitable for families and regular runners alike. The 5 km course consists of two loops through the park, utilizing both paths and asphalt, with kilometre markers along the main race route. The total field is limited to 603 runners across all events, reflecting the city's birthday theme. Main-run finishers will receive a medal. The starter pack includes a race number with chip timing, a commemorative mug, and a bag; OPEN runners also receive a commemorative wristband. Top finishers in the general classification compete for statuettes, diplomas, and prizes, while age-group runners and children will receive smaller awards and gifts.
