About this race
DaVita Run Kraków is a modest charity run held in Kraków’s Park Lotników, offering straightforward race distances of 2.5 km or 5 km. The registration fee begins at 10 zł, with participants able to contribute additional amounts in increments of this sum. Proceeds benefit Ogólnopolskie Stowarzyszenie Moje Nerki, a Polish organization focused on kidney health. A virtual participation option is available for those who wish to support the cause without attending in person.
The in-person race is limited to 150 participants, giving it a more local and relaxed atmosphere compared to large urban races. Electronic timing is employed via a chip affixed to the race bib, and participants have a 60-minute window to complete their selected distance. All participants receive an event T-shirt, and those finishing within the time limit are awarded a commemorative medal. Virtual runners complete their runs independently and are not factored into the primary rankings or award outcomes.
