About this race
ENEA Ironman 70.3 Gdynia is a middle-distance triathlon held on Poland's Baltic coast, centered in the city of Gdynia. The primary race follows the standard Ironman 70.3 distances: a 1.9 km swim, a 90 km bike course, and a 21.1 km run, totaling 70.3 miles. A shorter 5150 race is also available, featuring a 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, and 10 km run. Athletes can compete in the full distance individually, or relay teams can divide the swim, bike, and run segments.
The swim takes place in the Bay of Gdansk, with the bike course extending into the Kashubia region outside the city. The event incorporates IRONKIDS races, providing a separate start for younger participants. This race marks its return after a one-year hiatus and offers qualification spots for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in Nice.
