About this race
Bieg 7 Dolin 100 km is a mountain trail race held in Krynica-Zdrój, located in the Beskid Sądecki range of southern Poland. It is part of the PZU Festiwal Biegowy, a larger festival of running events organized by Fundacja “Festiwal Biegowy”. The race is for adults only, covers 100 km, and offers participants a timed, self-sufficient day on varied mountain terrain with required gear, aid stations, and medical support.
The course crosses the hills and valleys surrounding Krynica-Zdrój, avoiding a flat road design. It is suitable for runners prepared for significant climbs, shifting terrain, and extended time outdoors. The participants include seasoned ultra runners and newer runners tackling a major distance, with rules indicating it is not a casual event. The race is sanctioned by the Polish Athletics Federation and is integrated into one of Poland’s larger running festivals, providing a festival atmosphere while maintaining the race's mountain-ultra focus.
