About this race
Garmin Triminator Radków is a mountain triathlon held by the reservoir in Radków, Poland’s Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The race takes place in the Table Mountains and offers athletes three distances: a 1/2 IM, a 1/4 IM, or an 1/8 IM. The half distance consists of 1.9 km swimming, 90 km cycling, and a 21.1 km run. The shorter options follow the same triathlon format at reduced lengths.
Participants can compete individually or as a relay team. This setup accommodates both seasoned triathletes and groups tackling the mountains together. The course begins with open-water swimming in the Radków reservoir, followed by cycling and running on mountain terrain, distinct from a flat city course. The event embraces its “Triminator” theme through distance names like “Dzień Sądu,” “I’ll be back,” and “Terminacja,” humorously acknowledging the challenge of the day.
