Głuchołaski Bieg Górski 2026

The Głuchołaski Mountain Run takes place in Głuchołazy, within Poland's Opolskie region. The start and finish lines are located at Muszla Leśna, on Parkowa 4a. This event is set for September and offers participants three distance options: 5 km, 10 km, and 15 km. Time limits are set at one hour for the 5 km, two hours for the 10 km, and three hours for the 15 km. The courses follow tourist paths, forest roads, and undulating terrain, deviating from a standard flat city circuit. The Gmina Głuchołazy is the organizing body, with timing managed by disposable chips and medical assistance available. The race proceeds regardless of weather, unless safety is compromised, and the organizer reserves the right to modify the route due to conditions. Monetary awards are presented to the top finishers.
