Miedzynarodowy Bieg Warcianski im Zdzislawa Krzyszkowiaka Kolo

The Międzynarodowy Bieg Warciański im. Zdzisława Krzyszkowiaka is a 10 km road race held in Koło, Poland’s Wielkopolskie region. The race begins at noon from Park im. Stanisława Moniuszki. The main event also serves as the Polish Athletics Association championship for women over 10 km. This championship status provides the event with a more competitive atmosphere than a standard local road race. Koło has previously hosted the women’s Polish 10 km championship on several occasions. A recent edition saw 508 participants, with the women's winner finishing in 32:14, narrowly missing the Polish record by six seconds. The race is organized by WKB META LUBLINIEC and honors Zdzisław Krzyszkowiak, a notable Polish distance runner.
