Ogólnopolski Bieg Uliczny Sadek - Sadek 2026

The Ogólnopolski Bieg Uliczny Sadek is a road running event held in late June in Sadek, near Szydłowiec. It is based at the Janusz Kusociński Public Primary School. The main event is a 10 km race, complemented by a 1500 m recreational run and various children’s and youth races held earlier. Runners can register in person on race day, or online via Facebook for the main race, with on-site school registration also available. The children’s races are divided by age, ranging from 50 m for the youngest participants to 400 m for older primary-school children. This structure ensures the day begins as a family-focused event before the open 10 km race commences. Awards are presented for individual, team, age-group, county, and municipality categories, offering multiple competitive avenues for club and local runners. Klub Sportowy Progres organizes the event, which has a history spanning over thirty editions, establishing it as a regular fixture in the Szydłowiec area running calendar.
