Półmaraton Aleją Dębów Czerwonych is a certified half marathon in Wieruszów, covering the standard 21.097 km with electronic timing. The race has a 2 hour 45 minute limit, designed for steady runners rather than walkers. It begins at the stadium of the Gminny Ośrodek Sportu i Turystyki in Wieruszów. The course connects the Łódzkie and Wielkopolskie voivodeships, leading participants through the historic Avenue of Red Oaks near the regional border. Over 400 runners participated in the fifth edition, comprising experienced racers, debutants, and local runners experiencing their hometown half marathon. One participant noted the route is said to be fast and shaded. The event is organized with local institutions from Wieruszów and Łęka Opatowska. It also features a contest for the best cheering zone, integrating nearby communities into the event.
