About this race
The VI Triathlon Głogowski starts and finishes beside the Wodnik municipal pool and the Traczewski Ponds on Parkowa Street in Głogów Małopolski. It is a short-course triathlon in August, with a 1/8 Ironman distance: 475 m swimming, 22.5 km cycling, and 5.275 km running. The main race uses chip timing, and the program also includes relay racing and Mini TRI Kids starts.
The bike leg uses asphalt roads through the Głogów Małopolski Commune, with a flat profile that suits first-timers and faster riders. The start, finish, race office, bag deposit, and both transition zones are all based around the same Parkowa Street hub, simplifying logistics. The kids’ races cover age groups from under-8s up to 13-15-year-olds, so the day is set up for families and adult triathletes from the Podkarpackie region.
