VII Bieg Kolorowej Skarpetki

The VII Bieg Kolorowej Skarpetki is a Rzeszów running event held on the boulevards beside the Wisłok River. It features a short 3 km race designed for young runners and beginners. The event takes place in June, utilizing the “Colorful Sock Run” concept as a way to foster integration, while still maintaining the distance as a formally timed sports competition conducted in a fair-play spirit. The route is situated in the heart of Rzeszów, a city promoted in Poland as the City of Innovation. The organizer clearly marks less obvious turns to assist new runners. Volunteers are stationed along the course, and the race office is located at Hala Podpromie. This is the event's seventh edition, establishing it as a local community fixture rather than a casual fun run.
