Corrida de Solidariedade APAV 2026

All events start and finish at Alameda Keil do Amaral in Monsanto. 10 km Race: The 10 km race begins at Alameda Keil do Amaral, proceeds to Estrada do Penedo, and then to Estrada do Alvito via the parallel path. Participants return to the Keil do Amaral area, entering an internal path in the picnic zone and a gravel road section. The course continues along Avenida Universidade Técnica, Estrada dos Marcos, and Estrada do Penedo, then heads towards Montes Claros and Estrada do Outeiro. After passing through the internal paths of Montes Claros, runners turn around at Estrada das Oliveiras de Baixo, following Estrada do Outeiro again to the finish line at Alameda Keil do Amaral. Distance: 10 km. Type: competitive race. Participation: 18 years and older. 5 km Walk: The 5 km walk also starts at Alameda Keil do Amaral, passing through Estrada do Penedo, the path parallel to Estrada do Alvito, Keil do Amaral, the picnic zone, and gravel paths. It then follows Avenida Universidade Técnica and Estrada dos Marcos/Estrada do Penedo, eventually returning to the finish line at Alameda Keil do Amaral. Distance: 5 km. Type: walk. Participation: no age limit. Kids Race - 600 m: The Kids Race is approximately 600 meters and takes place on an out-and-back course along Alameda Keil do Amaral. Distance: 600 m. Participation: children up to 12 years old, inclusive.
