IV Trail Vale do Homem 2026

The IV Trail Vale do Homem will be held on October 11, 2026, in Vila Verde, Portugal. It features three race options: a Long Trail of approximately 24 km, a Short Trail of about 14 km, and a Walk of 8 km. Participants must be 18 or older for the trails; minors are permitted in the Short Trail if accompanied by a guardian. The Walk is open to participants aged 2 to 90. The courses are rated as medium to medium-high difficulty, with routes that include riverside paths and considerable elevation changes. Organized by the Association and Parishes of Vale do Homem in collaboration with local parishes, the event provides chip timing for the trails, aid stations, and an awards ceremony for all finishers and category winners.
