Trail da Trofa 2026

The Trail da Trofa is a two-day trail-running event held in the municipality of Trofa, northern Portugal. It offers four race options: a long trail of approximately 37 km, a 17 km sprint/youth trail, a 10 km mini trail walk, and a kids' race with distances of 500 m, 1000 m, 1500 m, and 5000 m. The event caters to both competitive runners and those who prefer outdoor activity. The routes are designed to showcase Trofa's local landscapes, suitable for running or walking. Organized by Associação Team Lantemil with support from the Municipal Chamber, the event welcomes participants of all ages. It emphasizes the social aspects of trail running, considering health, exercise, friendship, and personal challenge as integral components of the weekend.
