Trail Rota dos Moinhos - estou que nem PÓ[SSO] 2026

The Trail Rota dos Moinhos is a trail-running and walking event in Albergaria-a-Velha. Each year, hundreds of participants use lesser-known local paths. The running race offers two distances: 15 km and 22 km. Walkers can choose between 7 km or 12 km, catering to both competitive runners and those wishing to explore the region on foot. The courses traverse forests, follow streams, and utilize traditional paths connected to the municipality’s mill route and rural scenery. The 22 km trail begins in Telhadela. The 15 km trail and the 12 km walk start at Parque dos Moinhos de Ribeira de Fráguas. The 7 km walk commences near the Chapel of São Cesário in Busturenga. Prizes are given for individual and team performance in the running races. The event also emphasizes low-waste practices, such as temporary signage, waste sorting, and promoting reusable containers.
