About this race
The Trail Santa Justa begins and ends next to Santa Justa Church in Valongo, Portugal, leading participants into the Santa Justa and Pias mountains. This summer event provides three race distances: a 31 km trail race, a 15 km Mini-Trail, and a 10 km event named “A correr ou a Andar,” translating to “Running or Walking.”
The courses traverse trails and paths within the Parque das Serras do Porto, focusing on mountain terrain over road running. Approximately 1,000 runners are anticipated across all distances, with the competitive races open to adults 18 years and older. The Municipality of Valongo collaborates with ATAD - Amigos do Trail Associação Desportiva to organize the event, and awards are scheduled for midday following the morning starts.
