Coop Linköping Runt

Coop Linköping Runt is a road race held in central Linköping, Sweden, starting and finishing at Trädgårdsföreningen. It belongs to a small series of Coop races, which also features Coop Kungsholmen Runt and Coop Eskilstuna Runt. The primary timed distances are 5 km and 10 km. Additionally, a 5 km untimed walk is offered for those who prefer to experience the city route without the pressure of timing. The course is designed as a city tour through central Linköping, making the race feel local and accessible compared to remote or trail events. Children can participate in separate Knattelopp races, covering 650 m or 1.5 km, with age eligibility up to 13. Linköpings GIF, in conjunction with Coop Linköping, organizes the event. Coop members receive reduced entry fees, with up to two children gaining free admission. The race also seeks volunteers, contributing to its atmosphere as a community-supported event rather than a large commercial undertaking.
