About this race
The Hoka Torekov-Båstad is a 22 km trail race held in Torekov, Skåne County, on Sweden’s southwest coast. Taking place in late March, it is part of the UTMB Index, allowing finishers to earn points toward UTMB rankings. The main distance is the event's most popular choice.
The course winds along the coast on pebble paths and rugged wild trails, incorporating natural scenery, seaside views, and some hilly sections within its relatively short distance. Runners will encounter approximately 350 metres of elevation gain, sufficient to offer a challenge beyond a flat coastal run without becoming a mountain ultra. The previous edition attracted over 1,000 participants, creating a significant race-day atmosphere while maintaining the focus on a straightforward point-to-point trail run between Torekov and Båstad.
