Running Lights Alingsås 2026

Running Lights Alingsas is an evening running event in central Alingsas, held during the Lights in Alingsas light festival. It offers races for a wide age range, including Maxi-Knatte for the youngest, youth races, 5 km and 10 km races, and a 3 x 1660 m relay. The start and finish are at the top of Stora torget on Kungsgatan, with routes passing through the town center's lit streets and installations. AIF Friidrott organizes the race, which is part of the West Swedish Running Cup, and Alingsas Tidning provides live broadcast coverage.
