10K races near Pontedeume

The Trail Concello de Mañón begins and ends at Esteiro beach in O Barqueiro. Runners will head into the mountains situated between O Barqueiro and Bares. This trail event takes place on a Saturday morning in October and is organized by Mañón Town Hall. Participants can choose between two race distances: approximately 15 km and 21 km. Both trail races feature a circular route, bringing competitors back to the starting beach area. A non-competitive walking route, or andaina, of about 10 km is also available. Minors participating in the walk have free entry.
