The event is designed for runners aiming for a fast time, featuring RFID chip timing, clearly marked and marshalled routes, a water station, toilets, medical support, and on-site event caterers. The course begins with two laps within the Velopark. Participants then proceed on a newer tarmac path, recently laid by Torbay Council, for an out-and-back section before returning to the finish line shared with the Donut Duathlon. All finishers will receive a flapjack and a medal, with additional prizes awarded to category podium finishers.
