5K races near Epworth

The Monster Dash 5K Run/Walk is a Halloween-themed 5K and kids' run in Manito Park on Spokane's South Hill. The main 5K begins in the morning and is chip timed. The Kids' Fun Run follows later, offering one-mile, half-mile, and quarter-mile distances. Costumes are encouraged, so participants can dress for Halloween rather than treating it as a standard road race. The course winds through Manito Park in autumn, with fallen leaves contributing to the seasonal atmosphere.
