Runners will navigate a diverse course featuring a mixture of single and double track, carriage roads, and a flat stretch of railroad bed. Expect intense single track leading to the summit of Norfolk's iconic Haystack Mountain Tower, descending on carriage paths and gladed wetlands like the Swamp Trail.
