2026 Glow and Go (5K)

Glow and Go is a chip-timed 5K along The Woodlands Waterway, beginning at 6 p.m. with a holiday glow-costume theme. The Woodlands Township Parks & Recreation Department produces the race, sanctioned by USA Track and Field, open to runners of all abilities, ages 10 and older recommended. The course winds through the Waterway, not solely on roads, making the setting a draw. The field is capped at 600 participants. Registration includes a finisher medal and participant packet; no race-day registration is available. Shirts cost extra, are available in limited sizes and quantities, and may sell out before race day.
