24th Randall's Run/Walk for the Gym 5K

The 24th Annual race uses a fast out-and-back course from Nasson Common up Main St to Heidi St and back to the Nasson Community Center. Runners over 65-90 and ages 1-12 receive discount rates. A free Fun Run is available for ages 9 and under. Special Sanford/Springvale Residents Awards and age group awards (3 deep, up to 90 years old) will be given. The first 100 entrants receive T-shirts. Proceeds from the Randall's Run/Walk for the Gym 5K support Nasson Community Center programs.
