719 KOM Challenge
Sunday, July 19, 2026 · Colorado Springs, United States
About this race
The 719 KOM Challenge combines a cycling event and a 10-kilometer trail run in Colorado Springs, Colorado, starting and finishing downtown. Held in July, it evolved from the earlier 719 Ride. The cycling portion retains the series' primary identity, with the run offering a secondary endurance challenge.
The ride features a lengthy loop through the Colorado Springs area, incorporating at least two timed King of the Mountain climbs for award determination. This cycling event is part of the SENA U.S. Gran Fondo Series and serves as a qualifying sanctioned event. Both the ride and run are official Rocky Mountain State Games medal events. The run is a 10-kilometer, or 6.2-mile, cross-country style race on local trails, including at least one climb.
