About this race
The Anchorage Hillside trails offer rewarding and challenging terrain. Expect technical rooty sections on Brown and Black Bear trails, plus intermediate single track and ski trails. This event suits advanced-intermediate riders, with a shorter option for advanced-beginners. A noise-making bell is required, and carrying bear spray is recommended. Wildlife always has the right of way. Some races have time cut-offs.
