Amy Mihaljevic 5K, Walk & Kids Dash 2026

The Amy Mihaljevic 5K, Walk & Kids Dash is a free run-and-walk event at Cahoon Park in Bay Village, Ohio, held in honor of Amy Mihaljevic. The day includes a chip-timed 5K walk/run, a 1-mile walk, a Kids Dash, and a virtual run/walk option, allowing participation as racers, walkers, families, or supporters from afar. The event started as Walk for Amy during COVID and expanded after the Mihaljevic family introduced a 5K. Amy enjoyed being active, from riding horses to biking with friends and playing in the neighborhood, and the race reflects that aspect of her life. Entry is free for the 5K and 1-mile walk, with participants and spectators encouraged to donate or fundraise to support the investigation seeking justice for Amy.
