KidsPeace Trick-or-Trot 5k/1-Mile Walk 2026

The KidsPeace Trick-or-Trot 5k/1-Mile Walk is a Halloween race held at Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore. It features a chip-timed 5k run and a 1-mile walk, typically scheduled near Halloween and beginning in the morning. The event raises funds for children in foster care, with assistance from the Baltimore Orioles and OriolesREACH, and Buck and Angela Showalter are noted as partners. The 5k course winds through the harbor before returning to Camden Yards, concluding on the field within the ballpark. Costumes are encouraged, particularly Orioles-themed attire, and the Oriole Bird mascot participates. Having reached at least its ninth year, the event offers awards or gift certificates for top finishers, age-group winners, and best costumes, positioning it as a blend of a competitive local 5k and a family Halloween activity.
