Angry Cow Night Run 2026

The Angry Cow Night Run uses the East and South Trails at Wagon Train Lake after dark, beginning at the Playground Area in Area 3. Participants can choose between 4-mile and 8-mile distances. The race starts at 8:15 p.m., with check-in opening at 7:30 p.m. A flashlight or headlamp is required, as the event focuses on running the trails at night. The course circles back through the start area each lap, allowing runners to access water or snacks. Entry covers a shirt, refreshments, and medals for top finishers. Both runners and ruckers are welcome, with awards for the top three ruckers. This event is the second in the Angry Cow Series. Instructions suggest making animal noises if lost. Tent and RV camping options are available at Wagon Train Lake.
