About this race
The B-INSPIRED 5K is a family-friendly run/walk at the Iowa Arboretum & Gardens in Madrid, Iowa. The main 5K is open to ages 10 and up, starting after a Kids Dash for younger runners. The event accommodates various paces: runners, walkers, those aiming for a personal record, and participants who simply wish to join.
The course winds through the arboretum's woodlands, prairies, and garden areas. The Kids Dash is for children ages 4 to 10, circling a treehouse village. Wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility chairs are welcome. The finish line offers local food options, including cheese and breakfast burritos from Weather or Naut Catering, with a coffee truck present.
