Black Squirrel Half Marathon

This tour of Lory State Park's trails starts with a mile of dirt roads before ascending 1,500 feet to Lory's west ridge. Views of Horsetooth Reservoir, the Great Plains, and the Rocky Mountains are worth the climb. A descent follows, leading to three and a half miles of rolling singletrack into the finish.
