About this race
The Trail Sisters Approved Race challenges ultra runners on single-track around Caesar Creek lake, featuring substantial elevation changes from almost constant rollers. This is a cupless race; bring your own cup and ample fluids, as conditions can be extremely hot. Aid stations offer hummus avocado wraps. Runners tackling the 50-miler can drop to the 50k mid-race without a DNF. Finishers of the Dawg Gone Long Run 50 miler earn a Tail of the Dawg award. Both events have 14.5-hour cutoffs.
