This 4th annual event honors Sgt. Anthony Patrick Muhlstadt and service members who have carried the weight of stress, trauma, and isolation. Suicide prevention begins with connection, education, and courage. Participating in the DEFENDER 5k and 2.2 mile Ruck funds critical training and resources. A birthday celebration follows.
