Earn Your Wings 5k is a low-cost morning race at Anderson Regional Airport in Anderson, South Carolina. Packet pickup opens at 7:30 AM, the free 1 Mile Run/Walk starts at 8:15 AM, and the 5k starts at 8:30 AM. The 5k uses a certified course, which matters for runners who want an official distance without making the event feel formal or expensive.
The airport setting gives the race its personality, and the proceeds stay on site to help build and expand the Anderson Regional Airport playground.
