About this race
Edgewater Park hosts the seventh annual run benefiting Friends of CITY DOGS Cleveland. The event's purpose is simple and local: participants run to help fund "life-saving medical care, enrichment, and support" for animals at Cleveland Animal Care & Control, as well as their adoption and volunteer initiatives.
You can participate at the park or run virtually, giving it a relaxed charity-race atmosphere instead of a competitive start. Expect runners, walkers, and supporters to gather to "run for a great cause," with dogs and their caretakers central to the morning's activities.
