Glen Lake Swim: The Good, The Bad, and The Glennie!

The Glen Lake Swim is an adult open-water swim in Goffstown, New Hampshire. It takes place at the Goffstown Recreation Center, starting on an August morning. Participants can select a one-mile or two-mile distance, with chip timing and an in-water start. The one-mile course is a triangular out-and-back. The two-mile race covers this loop twice. The swim is sanctioned by the New England LMSC for USMS Inc., targeting adult swimmers, including USMS members and non-members who meet the age requirement. The Granite State Health and Fitness Foundation, a New Hampshire nonprofit, organizes the event. Proceeds benefit health and wellness projects and infrastructure.
