Gobbler 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Rocky Mount, NC (45) 2026

The Gobbler 5K, 10K, and 13.1M is a small US Road Running race series in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. All three distances start at 8:30 AM EST. Runners can select a 5K, 10K, or half marathon, with each distance limited to 40 participants. Packet pickup is available 30 minutes before the start and concludes 10 minutes prior, making this a ready-to-go event rather than a large expo. The courses are repeated out-and-back routes, simplifying navigation and allowing runners to pass familiar points multiple times. The 5K completes its out-and-back twice, the 10K does it four times, and the half marathon uses a longer out-and-back repeated six times. A 3-hour, 30-minute time limit is in place, along with finisher medals, series points, and a best costume award. The day combines a direct road-race format with some holiday-themed fun.
