Grand Prairie Turkey Trot 5K

The Grand Prairie Turkey Trot 5K is a Thanksgiving-season run and walk in Grand Prairie, Texas, starting from Mike Lewis Park. The main race is 5 kilometers, and participants can join in person or complete a virtual version if unable to attend on race morning. It is designed for families as much as runners, with walkers welcome and a separate Youth 1K Fun Run/Walk for children ages 5 to 12. The youth race is untimed, uses a straightforward course, and allows parents to run or walk with their child. Main-race registration includes a race T-shirt and finisher medal, while youth participants receive a bib, finisher award, snacks, and access to the post-race festivities.
