Happy Halloween 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon 2026

The Happy Halloween 5k, 10k, 15k, and Half Marathon is a Halloween morning race in Long Beach, starting at 7:30 AM. It offers four distance options on the same beach-path setup. This event is designed for runners seeking a straightforward, low-pressure race instead of a complex point-to-point course. The distances vary from a single 5k to a half marathon composed of repeated loops. The course features marked out-and-back loops on an open beach path, shared with pedestrians, cyclists, and other users. The 5k is one out-and-back, the 10k is two repetitions, the 15k is three, and the half marathon consists of three 4.36-mile loops. An aid station at the turnaround provides water cups, water bottles, Gatorade, and Gu gels. Registration includes a custom finisher medal, a drawstring goodie bag, free photos, results posted within 12 to 24 hours, snacks, and samples.
