Heart and Sole 5k

The Heart & Sole 5K begins and ends at The Children's Hospital of Georgia on Harper Street in downtown Augusta. This is a yearly Saturday-morning 5K, with the main race starting at 9:00 a.m. The series is now in its twentieth running. The course is set around the hospital, not a park or stadium, giving the event a distinct local focus. Adults may enter the main 5K. Children age 10 and under have two choices: a free untimed entry without a shirt, or a timed entry that includes a shirt. Additional race shirts are also available for purchase while supplies last.
