Houtzdale Days Annual 5K* Run/Walk and Fireman's Challenge

The 2023 revised route is 3.3 miles, longer than the standard 3.1 miles, but designed to be more manageable. The Fireman's Challenge requires participants to wear or carry turnout gear, with a $250 prize for a Fire Company or EMS of choice. Medals will be given after all racers cross the finish line. All proceeds benefit the Houtzdale Fire Company.
