Inaugural Run for Africa 5K 2026

The Inaugural Run for Africa 5K takes place at Max Rodes Park in West Melbourne, Florida. Hosted by One Voice Ministries and Victory Sports, this 5K welcomes runners and walkers of all ages, paces, and ability levels. The race begins at 7:30 a.m. Park gates and registration open early, followed by music, vendor booths, a warm-up, announcements, and the National Anthem. Registered participants receive a personalized bib with an RFID timing chip, an event shirt, and a finisher medal. The course is contained within Max Rodes Park, utilizing the park's natural setting. The event emphasizes a community festival atmosphere, featuring music, dancing, cultural energy, DJ Petey, awards, and a musical performance by BURKS. The cause is central: One Voice Ministries works to feed hungry people, clothe those in need, visit the sick and imprisoned, support widows, teach its faith, and provide emergency relief in Africa.
