Kentucky Nurses Association 5K Fun Run/Walk

The Kentucky Nurses Association 5K Fun Run/Walk takes place on September 5th at Freeman Lake Park on Blue Heron Way in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The event focuses on promoting health and recognizing nurses statewide, with funds supporting the Kentucky Nurses Association and the future of the nursing profession.
