Las Vegas Great Santa Run

Thousands of runners and walkers dressed as Santa fill Downtown Las Vegas for the Las Vegas Great Santa Run. This 5K run and one-mile walk is based at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, with the start and finish lines in the same location. The event raises funds for Opportunity Village, and each registration supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The route is designed for accessibility rather than competitive racing, welcoming participation by stroller, wheelchair, walker, and pet. Paid registration includes a five-piece Santa suit, with participants selecting either the traditional red or Opportunity Village blue, along with a finisher's medal and a swag bag while supplies last. The start and finish area features live music, food, and drinks. The event has also provided a virtual option, with packet pickup or shipping available for those participating remotely.
