Latitude-Fall Triathlon

Distances
1.6km
About this race
The Latitude-Fall Triathlon is a small fall race held at Fort Travis Seashore Park on the Bolivar Peninsula, with a limit of 200 athletes. Formerly known as Bolivar Live, the race features a straightforward course: a swim in the Gulf of Mexico, a bike leg on the highway, and a run through a neighborhood. Both Sprint and Olympic distances are available, with the Olympic distance including additional loops for both the bike and run segments.
The swim takes place in a portion of the Gulf shielded by barriers. The bike course is an out-and-back route on Hwy. 87, with one loop for sprint participants and two for Olympic participants. The run course winds through a local neighborhood near the water, also using one loop for the sprint distance and two for the Olympic distance. Spectators have multiple viewing locations along the courses, and the park offers families a playground, open areas, and an after-party with music and food.
